About The Position
The position involves performing comprehensive needs analysis to define opportunities for new or improved business process solutions. The candidate will develop emerging and improved concepts, principles, and techniques that will advance the fields of information technology and apply advanced concepts. The role requires independently leading and managing several projects and pilots to provide overall direction, prioritize tasks and resources, resolve issues, and ensure all projects are completed on time. Additionally, the candidate will manage an area of specialized systems software technology, such as database management and life cycle development systems, and provide highly technical advice and assistance to information users including programmers, system analysts, monitors, operators, vendors, functional specialists, and managers.
