Standex International is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will provide onsite and remote support across North America and other regions; help drive reliable end‑user services in a fast-paced environment with occasional on‑call coverage. This role will emphasize Office 365 administration.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years working in a ticketing system
• Experience with onsite and remote support
• Must be a U.S. citizen (role supports CMMC‑controlled environments)
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
• Office 365 administration experience (must have)
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure

Nice To Haves

• Server support experience
• Password Safe support experience
• Windows Autopilot experience
• PowerShell scripting experience

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support onsite and remotely (including support across countries)
• Manage and resolve tickets in the ticketing system
• Administer user accounts and security groups in Active Directory
• Perform Office 365 administration (core requirement)
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
• Collaborate with IT team to triage and resolve incidents effectively
