The IT Specialist HelpDesk position at National Vision is responsible for supporting both the hardware and software for the Lab DVI system, which includes optical manufacturing, supply chain, and DC systems and applications. This role acts as a help desk for personnel and manages all platforms within Lab Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and DC. The position involves maintaining and supporting the DVI system, assisting users and leadership, managing month-end closing lab reporting, and interfacing with corporate IT regarding various systems. The IT Specialist will also troubleshoot and resolve issues, manage lab security systems, and assist staff with desktop/laptop support.
