The person in this role will report to the Head, IT Commercial, Strategy, R&D Solutions. The IT Solutions Partner is a strategic and operational leader responsible for aligning technology solutions with business goals across designated functions and geographies. This role ensures accountability from demand intake through delivery and value realization, driving operational excellence, innovation, and measurable business outcomes. The Solutions Partner collaborates with business stakeholders, architects, and IT delivery teams to shape technology strategy, deliver scalable solutions, and promote best practices, while leading a high-performing team and ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minium of 10 years of experience in IT business partnering, project management, or enterprise solutions delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver scalable, secure solutions that achieve business objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Full cycle development
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technology solutions, including feasibility analysis and business case development for initiatives.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and leading requirements gathering and solution design sessions.
  • Expertise on commercial, sales, marketing, research & development, sustainability processes
  • Track record of managing application health, performance, and user experience to ensure business value and service levels.
  • Deep knowledge of IT governance, demand management, compliance, and service delivery frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and tools (e.g. Accolade, ServiceNow)
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy and Governance Serve as the primary liaison between functional stakeholders and IT, ensuring initiatives align with enterprise priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Champion governance frameworks that define decision rights, architecture standards, and project prioritization.
  • Develop and maintain technology roadmaps for key functional areas, supporting current and future business needs.
  • Monitor emerging technology trends and recommend innovations to improve business outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Establish and enforce policies, standards, and best practices for solution delivery and lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
  • Demand Management and Solution Delivery: Lead demand intake, triage, and prioritization processes using standardized tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Accolade, Demand Tool) for all requests, from small changes to large projects.
  • Collaborate with business owners to define business needs, requirements and value and facilitate feasibility and business case development with IT teams.
  • Engage with IT Teams (architects, app owners, etc.) to design and deliver solutions
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of IT solutions, from concept through execution and transition to support, managing TCO and ensuring adherence to architecture standards and software development best practices
  • Act as PM for minor projects as needed
  • Monitor solutions health, performance, and user experience and proactively drive resolution to issues
  • Manage vendor relationships and service provider performance to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and service expectations.
  • Support application rationalization efforts to reduce redundancy, optimize costs, and align with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration Build and lead a high-performing, global team of application managers, solution leads, business analysts, system analysts and developers, spanning both insourced and outsourced resources.
  • Provide visible leadership and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and service excellence within the team.
  • Develop and mentor team members through training, stretch assignments, and ongoing feedback.
  • Support organizational change management and communication strategies to ensure adoption and alignment
  • Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational alignment.
  • Engage across IT organizations to deliver operational support, coordinate disaster recovery planning, and ensure IT ecosystem health.
