About The Position

As a trusted technical leader, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of digital products—from design and development to production release—while leveraging advanced skills in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Next.js, and React Native to build scalable solutions across web and mobile platforms. With expertise in CMS architecture, state management (Redux), caching (Redis), and API integrations, you'll drive performance, reliability, and integration of emerging technologies. Familiarity with Azure cloud, Sitecore XM Cloud, GraphQL, JAMstack, accessibility, and DevOps practices will help you bring forward-looking solutions that reduce risk and keep us competitive.

Requirements

• Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Seven (7) years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
• Advanced in-depth level of technical knowledge within a job area and working knowledge of other technical areas.

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions, ensuring they meet technical and business goals.
• Maintain clear documentation to support knowledge transfer and long-term sustainability.
