This summer, we are looking for motivated individuals to begin a career in our Business Relationship & IT Solutions Analysis department to support our IT Product teams. The IT Solutions Analyst role is critical for ensuring that the organization's applications and platforms are effectively leveraged to drive business success and improve efficiency. They act as a tactical partner, bridging the gap between business and IT to maximize the value derived from these crucial technology investments. Internship Details: The anticipated dates of our 2026 summer internship will be May 26, 2026 – August 7, 2026. This role is remote. The anticipated hourly rate for this role is $27.00.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering
  • Rising juniors and seniors ideally graduating within 1-2 semesters.
  • Practical knowledge in IT applications and platforms
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to support business decisions.
  • Experience with data extraction and analysis using SQL, and data visualization techniques
  • Practical knowledge in crafting and maintaining clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Ability to review and provide feedback on documentation developed by others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to explain sophisticated technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data analysis and reporting tasks, including extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions.
  • Contribute to reports and dashboards to supervise project progress and performance metrics
  • Support the translation of business requirements into technical requirements, with mentorship from senior analysts.
  • Assist in maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal team members and external customers.
