The IT Solution Owner for Human Resources is the primary contact for the global HR function. This individual will be responsible for HR systems architecture while also collaborating with HR counterparts to identify business requirements, design, and governance. The IT Solution Owner will also deliver transformation in a continuous manner through articulating business needs and prioritizing them through IT initiatives in a seamless and efficient way. This role requires Oracle HCM implementation and maintenance experience with knowledge and understanding of a full HR technology stack. Lastly, the IT Solution Owner will drive change through leveraging internal and external HR team members, IT counterparts, and expanding successfully delivered solutions.
