About The Position

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT strategies, plans, and initiatives that align with business objectives.
Work closely with IT security and SRE role to design, build and maintain resilient and efficient IT systems and services.
Contribute to the development and implementation of IT security policies, security work procedures, and IT assets security management.
Contribute and Support to IT security system operation – Cisco firewall, Stealth Watch, Cisco Ironport, DNS and proxy server, CyberArk, CiscoVPN and AD server.etc
Participate in IT incident response activities, including root cause identification, analysis, and resolution of the incident and vulnerabilities.
Continue to learn and apply relevant software development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, IT Cyber Security, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience with IT cybersecurity or equivalent area including SRE engineering.
• Strong understanding and experience on IT security planning, IT asset management & operations, and SRE with a willingness to learn and grow with HMGMA.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details
• Ability to work and manage work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong command of the English language (written and spoken) is essential for safety, communication, documentation, and collaboration across the organization.

Nice To Haves

• Some familiarity with security monitoring tools like Splunk or ELK.
