About The Position

Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience with modern development technologies such as .NET, HTML5/CSS, JavaScript/NodeJS, and React
- 3–7 years of hands‑on experience developing and administering solutions in SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
- Experience building integrated solutions using REST APIs and Power Automate
- Familiarity with Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, and source control using Git and Azure DevOps
- Ability to take ownership of solutions and work from limited functional or technical specifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical partners

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high‑quality software solutions to improve business processes and user productivity
- Build modern, scalable applications leveraging SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 technologies
- Partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand needs, translate requirements, and deliver practical, best‑practice solutions
- Participate in high‑performing, collaborative teams across the full solution lifecycle—from concept through stabilization and support
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, system, integration, and database issues while ensuring a positive end‑user experience
- Maintain secure, compliant solutions that meet legal, regulatory, and audit requirements
- Share knowledge, contribute to continuous improvement, and support the broader engineering community as needed
