About The Position

This onsite IT Site Support role is responsible for providing hands-on technical support across a corporate campus. You’ll be the primary IT resource, ensuring employees stay productive by supporting hardware, software, and network systems.

Requirements

  • Desktop / IT Site Support experience
  • Windows 10 and macOS troubleshooting
  • Workstation setup and hardware support
  • ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
  • Basic networking knowledge (Wi‑Fi, VPN, connectivity)

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite desktop and end-user support for Windows 10 and macOS environments
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Set up and configure workstations for new hires and refreshes
  • Support printers, peripherals, and basic network issues
  • Manage tickets and documentation using ServiceNow
  • Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and deployments
  • Follow IT security best practices and access controls
