About The Position
With its A.I.-powered robotic technology platform, Symbotic is changing the way consumer goods move through the supply chain. Intelligent software orchestrates advanced robots in a high-density, end-to-end system - reinventing warehouse automation for increased efficiency, speed and flexibility. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Site Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of local IT operations. This role will be responsible for endpoint infrastructure management, M&A infrastructure consolidation, comprehensive device management, and high-quality end-user support. The successful candidate will play a key role in Microsoft cloud and on-premises migrations, manage hybrid Active Directory environments, and ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes. Beyond technical expertise, this role emphasizes process improvement, knowledge sharing, and team development. The IT Site Manager will document service desk procedures, establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, and create operational playbooks to drive consistency across IT support practices. They will also lead professional development initiatives including cross-utilization training to build a resilient, agile support team.
