As an IT Operations Supervisor / Site Lead, you will supervise IT operations for a specific Munters location. You will establish working relationships with key business stakeholders, engaging them in regular communication regarding their IT requirements. You will supervise the local IT operations team including hiring, training, mentoring and performance reviews. You will take ownership of local IT CSAT KPI, remaining connected to daily ticketing cases and IT issues affecting the local business. You will function as a point of escalation for complex IT issues and take ownership for those having a broad impact ensuring that they are driven to resolution. You will be responsible for communicating high impact issues and resolution timelines to the local business as needed. You will interface with various functions within IT both regionally and globally including IT infrastructure, Applications, Security and GroupIT. You may function as a resource for the broader IT Ops team in areas of subject matter expertise. You will communicate with IT management regarding potential issues relating to local business expectations, within the team, and the gaps in IT services provided. You will work in a way that is supportive of established IT standards and best practices, managing local vendors / IT service providers as needed, and operating with a security mindset. You will also assume special projects as needed.
