About The Position
The IT Services Technician II at Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWTech) is responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to the college community. This role serves as Tier 2 support for IT help desk requests, performing a range of technical tasks related to computer hardware, operating systems, network devices, and telecommunications. The technician will work under general supervision, ensuring efficient operation of IT services and supporting various IT projects.
