IT Services Sales Lead - Financial Technology

About the position

Vichara is a Financial Services focused products and services firm headquartered in NY, building systems for some of the largest investment banks and hedge funds in the world. We are looking for a Sales Head for our Fixed Income IT Consulting services in LA, New York, and San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Sell multi-year offshore, near-shore and onshore Consulting services in Capital Markets or Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) space
• Build up a pipeline of opportunities to ensure that sales targets are met
• Identify and target new business opportunities
• Forecasting, preparing bids, negotiating, and managing the sale cycle.

Requirements

• Must have large deals experience selling outsourcing solutions in the Capital Markets sector
• Extensive C level contacts and experience at senior level
• Proven major wins of new multi-million Capital Markets Services / offshoring / outsourcing deals
• Extensive and current experience of services / offshoring
• Able to generate leads and submit proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle service offerings.

Benefits

• Compensation - 100K plus commissions and bonus up to 200K
