About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
• Experience in performing Red Team and penetration testing assessments.
• Proficiency with common pentesting tools such as Cobalt Strike, Mimikatz, and Burp Suite.
• Knowledge of programming or scripting languages like Python, C/C++, or PowerShell.
• Understanding of Active Directory concepts and Windows architecture.
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible or Terraform.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in system administration, incident response, or network engineering.
• Knowledge of threat actors and their tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Demonstrated cultural dexterity and ability to adapt behavior to different environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct penetration testing and Red Team assessments to identify vulnerabilities in systems.
• Assist management in scoping, planning, and executing cybersecurity assessments.
• Present technical findings to management with a focus on business impact.
• Collaborate with IT and Network Information Security to align security policies and standards.
• Foster healthy work relationships and demonstrate conflict-resolution skills.
• Contribute to the development of the team's technical acumen and thought leadership.
