About The Position

Manage technology and corporate operations-related projects to ensure successful development and implementation. Responsible for assisting with incoming change control request and support questions. Work with internal and external users to design, develop, integrate, and maintain systems supporting business initiatives while achieving operating efficiency and information integrity.

Requirements

This person should have a high school diploma plus be working towards a higher education degree.
Effective communication skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks while meeting deadlines are essential.
This person must possess analytical, technical writing, and organizational skills, with the ability to exercise confidentiality and discretionary judgment.

Responsibilities

Take responsibility for monitoring, triaging & completing the majority of change control requests and support questions for both incoming ticket requests as well as phone calls for the department.
Ensure each customer has a positive service experience on the first communication.
Facilitate servicing of PC, network, and system related problems and questions from internal users. This includes hardware, software, and application support.
Investigate, review, and evaluate business information and processes to identify workflow issues, and make recommendations to address efficient and accurate use of resources.
Perform work by determining priorities, analyzing alternatives, and selecting applicable methods and procedures for completion.
Assist with researching and implementing effective solutions to departmental needs in accordance with compliance requirements.
Monitor change control requests and support questions and take appropriate action on those requests.
Assist in creating and updating departmental procedures for all tasks performed.
Assist team with service desk support rotation as needed.
Act in accordance with FBT policies and procedures as set forth in employee handbook.
Adhere to compliance procedures and participate in required compliance training
