The IT Services Business Value Director at NTT DATA is a pivotal role within the Chief Growth Office, focusing on supporting complex, strategic, and transformational multi-million-dollar pursuits. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, encouraging innovative thinking and the ability to shape multi-tower transformations by engaging early with clients. The role is centered on business transformation, leveraging technology and the NTT DATA portfolio of services to reimagine and reinvent client businesses. The director will engage directly with CxO and business leaders to align industry and business priorities with transformation initiatives. In this role, the director will conduct thorough internal and external research to gain insights into the client's business strategy, vision, challenges, objectives, and targeted outcomes. A deep dive into the client's business processes, KPIs, and ROIs is essential to understand industry trends, pain points, and opportunities. The director will develop hypotheses for transformation, create engagement strategies for the C-suite, and formulate investment justifications, value cases, and business cases. Additionally, the director will build a reusable library of repeatable assets, models, and frameworks to streamline processes. As a trusted advisor, the director will utilize a consultative approach to present compelling business cases and value propositions that demonstrate the benefits of technology modernization and transformation. Collaboration is key, as the director will work across multi-solution and cross-functional teams, including Sales, Client Executives, Consulting Engagement Leads, Solution/Enterprise Architects, and Client Delivery and Operations teams, ensuring that proposed solutions align with customer business goals. Clear and compelling communication of business solutions to clients and stakeholders is a critical aspect of this role.
