The IT Servicer Management Professional plans, directs and coordinates operations of Service Desk(s), ensuring the provision of a single point of contact for the resolution of incidents, the continual monitoring of systems and processing of all kind of tickets related to defects and incidents.

Requirements

  • Payroll / Ceridian knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a channel for users to request and receive standard services for which a pre-defined approval and qualification process exists.
  • Identify and log incidents, restore normal services and minimize adverse impact on operations.
  • Provide appropriate access rights for authorized users and prevent access from unauthorized users.
  • Provide personalized services (via self-service, real-time 24*7 operation) to users based on predictive analytics and real-time monitoring of service usage.
  • Identify root causes of problems (that affect IT service) and determine fix required to prevent recurrence of incidents.
  • Minimize the impact of recurring incidents (problems that cannot be prevented).
  • Manage day to day service operations, source and deliver components of standard services.
  • Ensure compliance to Q, ISEC and DP regulations.
