About The Position
HCA Healthcare is seeking an IT Service Manager for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. This role is integral to enabling the Company's strategic focus of transforming care and enhancing care quality. The IT Service Manager will serve as the key liaison between the IT organization and Digital Transformation & Innovation (DT&I) product teams, responsible for managing staffing coordination, optimizing IT service delivery, and continuously improving IT processes to enable HCA Healthcare to successfully deliver on our strategic digital & AI priorities.
