The IT Service Lifecycle Manager oversees the complete journey of IT services, from design and implementation to operation and eventual retirement, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver value. Key responsibilities include managing the service portfolio, defining service strategies, developing service roadmaps, monitoring performance, driving continuous improvement through incident and problem management, managing budgets, and coordinating with various teams and third-party providers to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
