About The Position

The position involves providing technical assistance to customers via helpdesk support. The role requires evaluating, specifying, procuring, deploying, maintaining, and supporting various computing hardware and peripherals, including personal computers, laptops, mobile phones, mobile tablets, thin clients, printers, and storage solutions. Additionally, the position includes supporting and training end-users when applicable. The candidate will also evaluate, install, configure, maintain, and support assorted end-user software and systems such as office productivity tools, creativity applications, communication software, security systems, and application development tools. Responsibilities extend to administering aspects of the computing environment, including user network accounts, email accounts, hardware deployment, software installation, and thin-client device support. The role requires performing remote troubleshooting and providing clear instructions to non-technical users, as well as administering Mobile Device Management (MDM) software to manage mobile devices. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
