Our 400,000 square foot facility will serve as one of our global shipping hubs responsible for meeting the demand of our customers internationally. Join a global team providing Level 1 & 2 support for enterprise systems. As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you'll independently troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, collaborate with vendors, and drive smart solutions across the organization. You'll also play a key role in the full systems development lifecycle and support impactful tech projects of various sizes.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • 2-4 years providing IT support via phone, email, chat, walk-ups, and ServiceNow tickets.
  • Experience with C++ preferred.
  • Must be able to be on weekend coverage on call rotation.

Nice To Haves

  • CompTIA and ServiceNow certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, collaborating with vendors as needed.
  • Ensure timely resolution aligned with service level agreements.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Configure, deploy, and support enterprise systems and infrastructure.
  • Analyze, document, and maintain IT solutions, driving improvements and automation.
  • Deliver desktop support for enterprise applications.
  • Assist with application deployments, updates, and user enablement.
  • Gather and analyze user requirements to inform system design.
  • Support full lifecycle implementation of enterprise technology solutions.
  • Lead projects and contribute as a technical resource on larger initiatives.
