Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ year(s) of related experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a call center or technical support environment.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
  • Demonstrate use of computer operations (programming, relational databases, and operating systems) and software packages.
  • Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills.
  • May train others in functional areas, interact with others, and make presentations to departments or middle management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote technical support online, over the phone or through remote access.
  • Offer technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems.
  • Follow all operational procedures and document all pertinent information, communication, and resolution in the support tickets.
  • Answer questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, systems statuses, and downtime procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT and business partners to restore service and/or identify recurring problems.
  • Manage the escalation and communication for more complex support issues.
  • Assume other duties as assigned.
