IT Service Desk Analyst Location: Arcadia, WI or Ybor City, FL ON-SITE Schedule: M-F 230pm-1030pm Summary The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for proper prioritization, logging and initial troubleshooting of all incoming requests for support from internal and external users via phone and email in a pleasant and professional manner. This position will perform initial troubleshooting of all internally developed applications and websites, desktop and mobile-related operating systems, other 3rd party software, and peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, etc. The Service Desk Analyst will adhere to the company computer usage policy, systems development standards and other company and departmental policies and processes. Requirements

  • Experience supporting PCs running Windows and Mac OS
  • Experience diagnosing various hardware, peripherals and software problems and PC and Mac computers
  • Experience working with wired and wireless network attached devices
  • Knowledge of basic computer hardware
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Working knowledge of a range of PC diagnostic utilities
  • Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement
  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience

  • Assist users in the resolution of problems related to systems operations.
  • Escalate problems, when required, to the appropriately experienced analyst.
