We are hiring an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide 1st and some 2nd level support for all IT-supported systems and technologies. They serve as the first point of contact for all IT incidents and service requests. As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will make an impact by answering incoming technical support phone calls and emails in a high-volume environment. You will enter all pertinent information and updates of the reported issues into a ticket tracking application. Your responsibilities will include providing 1st level (and some 2nd level) technical support for all IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, networking, and telephony equipment, as well as desktop software applications and business/enterprise software applications. You will analyze and document reported issues and outages, determining severity, impact, and nature of reported issues, and begin the incident or service request management process.
