The position involves providing top-notch technical support and troubleshooting for end users across Mac and Windows workstations, as well as Microsoft applications and other applications as needed. The role includes managing and supporting Mac and Windows endpoints, administering Microsoft 365 services, and developing automation scripts to streamline IT operations. The candidate will also be responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes, hardware procurement, and maintaining technical documentation.

  • Provide top-notch technical support and troubleshooting for end users across Mac and Windows workstations and Microsoft applications.
  • Handle all levels of complexity in technical support.
  • Manage and support Mac and Windows endpoints including OS updates, security patches, MDM deployment and management, and performance optimization.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange, Entra ID, and Azure.
  • Administer IDP and SSO on Okta and Entra ID or similar platforms.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows using shell scripting, PowerShell, and Python.
  • Configure and manage Entra ID, including user management, conditional access policies, and security settings.
  • Deploy and maintain Microsoft business applications across Mac and Windows environments.
  • Implement and maintain backup solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for Mac-specific processes and Microsoft application configurations.
  • Associate degree in Information Technologies, Computer Networking, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field equivalent experience.
