Peraton is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to support service delivery, coordination, and operational performance across Alaska-based efforts. This role will help ensure IT-related services are delivered consistently, effectively, and in alignment with mission, customer, and program requirements.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience; or 10 years of experience with applicable Masters, or 7 years applicaple experience with PHD
  • Experience managing or coordinating IT service delivery in a complex operational environment.
  • Experience working across technical teams, customers, and support organizations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to support occasional travel to field sites and remote locations, as required.
  • Ability to work in austere environments and Arctic conditions, including remote site access and limited-amenity accommodations, when needed.
  • Willingness to comply with applicable site safety, badging, and operational requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting federal or FAA IT service environments.
  • Familiarity with service management concepts, operational reporting, and customer support coordination.
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed or remote operational sites.

Responsibilities

  • Lead service delivery coordination for assigned IT and operational support areas.
  • Monitor service performance, issue resolution, customer needs, and operational priorities.
  • Coordinate with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to support service continuity and quality.
  • Support planning, reporting, and communication related to service delivery and operational performance.
  • Identify service gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with process development, performance metrics, and operational reporting.
  • Support integration of service delivery practices across technical and program teams.
