The role involves leading the US Service Delivery team within PA's Technology & Operations team, ensuring that agreed systems and processes are implemented effectively. The position requires managing end user assets, supplier relationships, and providing service analysis while engaging with the wider IT team in Europe. The candidate will balance technical work with leadership responsibilities, develop the team, and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders. The role includes participation in management meetings and service reviews, driving service improvements based on feedback and issues across the US. The majority of the time will be spent onsite in the Boston office, with occasional travel to other US offices.

  • Lead the US Service Delivery team and ensure implementation of systems and processes.

  • Effective communication skills, both in-person and written.
  • Ability to work effectively, sensitively, and collaboratively with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders.
  • ITIL awareness.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and hard working.
