As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you'll handle level 1 tickets, including password resets, account activations in Active Directory, troubleshooting Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Intune), and Windows 11. You'll also resolve instore technology issues like POS systems, credit card pin pads, back office computers, printers, instore music, and manage distribution center hardware. Expectations include managing a high volume of tickets and interfacing with various customers, including standard users, management, VIPs, and technical staff, providing timely updates until issues are resolved.
