Investors-REVG IT Senior System Engineer is a hands-on role and works with a team of system administrators responsible for managing a diverse corporate computing environment. This role is responsible for the design, configuration and management of Microsoft Windows servers, including configuration and management of Windows Domains, AD Infrastructure, Microsoft GPO's, Microsoft Azure, VMWare and various 3rd party enterprise applications. Other responsibilities include planning, monitoring, securing and evaluating the performance of server/storage systems and making recommendations for improvements/upgrades. The individual is responsible for troubleshooting IT system related problems, administer operating systems updates as well as install hardware and software for different departments. This role provides escalation support for resolution of unresolved level one and two service desk incidents and requests. This role is involved in developing, designing, testing, and implementing systems and procedures to protect and continue information systems activities related to network servers in case of emergency disasters. This role is in our Brookfield, WI office with travel required (up to 20%) to data centers and plants to complete infrastructure related tasks/projects. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely up to two days per week, subject to manager approval and after successful completion of the initial onboarding and training period.
