About The Position

The IT Senior Delivery Manager at NTT DATA is responsible for overseeing the delivery of Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions while supporting the sales team with pre-sales activities. This role combines operational management, financial oversight, client governance, and relationship management, ensuring that services meet contractual commitments and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise and business acumen to design tailored BI solutions that address client needs and drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a pre-sales role with a successful track record.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cloud-based BI solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and BI integration.
• Industry certifications in BI or data analytics.
• Experience in data storytelling and visualization best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities across all service towers for NTT DATA.
• Execute Continuous Service Improvement Plans and ensure service levels are met.
• Populate internal reporting tools with account delivery status and financials.
• Manage incidents related to outages, escalations, and missed SLAs.
• Deliver P&L for assigned accounts, including revenue, cost, and margin management.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support pre-sales activities and client engagement.
• Design and implement end-to-end BI and analytics solutions, including data modeling and reporting dashboards.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients on BI solutions.
