Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience with Oracle EBS Order Management.
• General understanding of Oracle Cloud SCM and GOP (Global Order Promising).
• Successful system implementation projects, preferably with Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics business processes.
• Ability to explain OM/SCM/GOP capabilities to business leaders.

Nice To Haves

• Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS and Cloud applications.
• Proficient in integration tools like FBDI, REST APIs, Web Services, and Business Events.
• Experience with Oracle SCM extensions using VBCS or similar technologies.
• Familiar with BIP, BICC, and OTBI for data extraction, reporting, and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Improve existing Oracle Order Management systems, enhancing functionality, performance, and capabilities.
• Ensure solutions are scalable and integrate well with other business applications.
• Work with partners, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver solutions that optimize order entry, validation, promising, and fulfillment.
• Create and deliver documentation that improves user adoption and supportability.
• Maintain detailed documentation including system configurations, user guides, and operational procedures.
• Manage the testing lifecycle for Oracle Order Management deployments, including planning, execution, and user acceptance testing to ensure system quality.
• Provide support in a production environment, ensuring continuous operation and quick resolution of issues.
