Requirements

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization, governance, and report/dashboard creation.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to set goals and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with multiple organizational levels.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Lean Six Sigma Certified (Green Belt).
  • Experience with the Power Platform suite, including Power Query, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Experience managing IoT devices.
  • Experience with data and prescriptive analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage portfolio processes and reporting to ensure timely project delivery and efficient allocation management.
  • Spearhead the development of robust analytical tools using cutting-edge software.
  • Proactively seek and integrate new technologies to enhance internal processes, focusing on strategic pricing and contracting.
  • Support the creation of new Power BI reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
  • Document new and existing workflows to ensure clarity and continuity in operations.
  • Develop data-driven tools and processes to support Portfolio and Applications Management.
  • Provide project support and project management assistance.
  • Guide and train less experienced analysts.
