The primary purpose of the IT Administrator/Analyst is to monitor and analyze network security, assessing alarms and pre-empting issues. The candidate will provide support to all company employees and work closely with IT personnel to update systems and help with troubleshooting issues. From maintaining security to supervising network updates and training users, the administrator is not only IT support but also a person that connects all operations. The IT System Administrator/Analyst is also held accountable for the completion of projects and has the responsibility of working with other team members in exploring new ideas and processes. This role is designed as a transitional position. The successful candidate will initially serve as Network Administrator, overseeing day-to-day infrastructure operations. Over time, responsibilities will expand to include strategic planning, budgeting, and leadership functions aligned with the IT Director role.
