Job Summary Key Responsibilities Provide day to day information security support. Work on assigned security incidents, projects, and investigations. Also assist with incident response, disaster recovery, and tabletop excercises. Support risk assessment and security vulnerability reporting. Controls, third party risk, and mitigation. Proactively monitor Pinnacle Group's cybersecurity infrastructure. Responding to alerts, triggers, automation and producing reporting. Clear communicator verbally and in writing. Technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and steps to resolution. Author knowledge base articles, systems documentation, and ticket notation.
