The IT Risk & Compliance Analyst will play a critical role within the IT Governance team, focusing on driving IT policy management and governance processes across various IT teams. This position is essential for ensuring alignment, effective communication, and transparency in IT governance, while engaging with multiple stakeholders to enhance the organization's IT policies and governance framework.

  • Develop, establish, and implement IT policies and standards.
  • Ensure alignment of IT policies with organizational goals.
  • Document changes, ideas, and feedback related to IT policies and standards.
  • Lead and manage governing bodies like Governance Committees, Steering Committees, and Change Advisory Boards.
  • Facilitate structured meetings, capturing and documenting inputs for IT policies and standards.
  • Ensure efficient collaboration and communication with IT leadership and teams.
  • Engage with various stakeholders, including IT Architecture, IT Compliance, and other IT teams.
  • Manage feedback, requests, and inputs to improve IT policies and processes.
  • Drive alignment and improvement within IT governance and policy frameworks.
  • Use collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, Power BI) to manage tasks, share information, and collaborate across teams.
  • Schedule meetings and manage communication with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate process improvements and ensure effective policy and standards management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira.
  • Experience with creating content in SharePoint and Confluence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a remote environment.
  • Solid time management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Experience leading meetings and facilitating discussions with senior IT leadership.
  • Minor technical knowledge across multiple IT domains to support understanding of IT standards.
