About The Position

As an IT Security Analyst Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity by supporting vendor risk review processes and learning key aspects of data security. Over the course of your internship, you will assist with vendor review overflow tasks and learn the vendor intake process within Third Party Risk. You will collaborate with the IT Security team and provide feedback on process improvements, gain exposure to different areas of data security and cybersecurity practices, participate in team discussions and cross-functional projects to understand how security is managed at scale, and apply classroom knowledge in a practical setting to build foundational skills in IT risk management.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field, with graduation between December 2026 and August 2027
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Open-minded and eager to learn about all areas of data security
• Completed coursework in IT or Cybersecurity
• Interest in AI applications in security or willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

• Previous project or internship experience in IT security, vendor management, or risk analysis
• Exposure to AI tools or automation in the context of security or compliance
• Curiosity to explore broader areas of data protection and cybersecurity frameworks
• Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and proactive learning approach
