About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of Information Security experience.
• Experience with security industry standards and best practices.
• Proven experience with interpreting and implementing security standards in a corporate environment.
• Experience with open-source security tools such as Kali, Nessus, and Wireshark.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant security certifications (CISSP, GIAC, ISACA, CEH).
• Experience recommending additional security requirements and safeguards.
• Familiarity with Cloud infrastructure.
• Experience preparing System Security Plans and supporting Cybersecurity testing.

Responsibilities

• Function as a senior lead IT Security Analyst in areas such as penetration testing, incident handling, continuous monitoring, and risk analysis.
• Support the creation of tools, processes, and communications that enhance information security initiatives.
• Participate in the development of security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Develop and maintain a risk mitigation strategy for the organization.
• Analyze phishing emails and monitor Endpoint Security to identify anomalous behavior.
• Participate in tactical projects to address identified security risks across technical domains.
• Monitor alerts for security incidents and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers to support standardized practices for secure systems.
• Research emerging security technologies and prepare reports for management.
