Three years working with computers and/or healthcare required.
Associate's Degree required.
Proficient with Microsoft Suite products.
Experience with Office 365 SharePoint and Teams.
Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
IT knowledge to perform password resets and multi-factor authentication.
