This position works out of our Waukegan, IL location. The primary focus of this position is to provide oversight and direct operations of the global process teams supporting the Order To Cash (OTC) functional area. The Business Process Manager will be responsible for definition and implementation of operational procedures and service performance improvements. This role leads the development of the business process design and implementation of business process standardization, harmonization and improvement programs (i.e., continuous improvement initiatives) within the respective functional process area.
