About The Position

Lead, manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the ERP-enterprise resource planning system/platform environment (i.e., CRM, OTC, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) and any Business Software Applications, which includes managing a team of functional and technical partners and consultants, and ensuring the ERP system aligns with Cintas's business processes and objectives. Responsible for developing strong business relationships and driving new service opportunities. Work closely with all ERP teams providing oversite on the design and development of solutions. Responsible for migrations from legacy systems to ERP and the support of acquisitions. The IT SAP Manager (Technical) is also responsible for the following: Supervising and providing direction and guidance to a team of functional and/or technical partners, while fostering a collaborative and productive working environment within the IT team. This includes outlining the vision and direction for the organization and team. Partnering with the business community to align initiatives and priorities with SAP “Best Practices”, and continually focus on SAP “Best Practice.” Successfully collaborating with the business community to manage the project portfolio and ensuring alignment of initiatives with the respective technology solutions. Providing strategic direction on new functions and technologies in support of the business user community. Ensuring alignment of the team as well as the business community with the vision of SAP “Best Practice” and standard processes, while assessing customer individual needs, meeting commitments and building internal and external partnerships. Developing, planning, and managing teamwork activities; developing project plans; and providing support to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. Continually building knowledge and staying abreast of current SAP functionality, capabilities, and technologies. Ongoing education and learning regarding changing functions and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP-related application management.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience with WebDynpro, Object Oriented programming, Workflow, ALV reports, EDI/IDOC, BI Extractors, SAP Scripts, and SMART Forms.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in an SAP environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in PM, SD, MM, HCM, FI and GRC.
  • Minimum 3 years of Archival management solution of SAP.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in EHS.
  • Minimum 2 years of SAP configuration experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting daily team activities, coaching/mentoring, career development planning, performance management, recruiting and hiring.
