Morris Technology Partners (MTP) is seeking a Senior IT Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on hardware sales, particularly Verkada Cameras and Fortinet hardware. This position is based on the East Coast, with headquarters in Whippany, NJ. MTP is an innovative leader in providing best-in-class IT services and solutions to businesses nationwide, specializing in data management, protection, and IT needs through our subscription-based CloudFusion suite. Alongside our software and cybersecurity services, we excel in hardware sales, including Verkada Cameras, Solutions, Fortinet hardware, and other value-added reseller (VAR) services. As a Senior IT Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and managing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and closing sales for MTP's diverse IT offerings, including cybersecurity SaaS, DRaaS, IaaS, and managed services. You will play a key role in driving hardware sales, leveraging your experience to promote Verkada and Fortinet solutions. This position requires a strong focus on business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management to ensure the growth and retention of our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in account management and B2B business development, particularly in the areas of Cybersecurity SaaS, DRaaS, IaaS, and hardware sales. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of selling to senior management at SMB, mid-level, and enterprise clients, as well as experience in cold calling and building relationships to meet sales quotas. Your ability to monitor market responses and provide feedback will be crucial in influencing future sales strategies and product offerings.
