Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B sales (IT sales or technology solutions a plus).
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to close deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a base + commission structure with no cap on earnings.
  • Organized and disciplined with pipeline management.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery → proposal → closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Follow proven sales processes while bringing your own energy and ideas.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
