About The Position

We're seeking a dynamic IT Sales Executive to drive business growth by selling cutting-edge technology solutions to mid-sized and enterprise clients. You'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and presenting to closing deals and nurturing long-term relationships. The IT Sales Executive is a senior-level professional responsible for driving revenue growth by selling complex IT solutions—such as cloud services, cybersecurity platforms, enterprise software, and infrastructure systems—to high-value clients. This role blends deep technical understanding with consultative sales expertise and strategic account management.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and managed services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
  • Forecast sales performance and adjust tactics accordingly
  • Prospect and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and digital channels
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos
  • Understand client business challenges and recommend tailored IT solutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver customized proposals
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies to guide clients effectively
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams
  • Align sales efforts with company goals and product roadmaps
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve offerings and service delivery
  • Track KPIs such as conversion rates, revenue growth, and client retention
  • Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates for leadership
  • Use CRM tools to manage accounts and document interactions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services, cloud solutions, and Cybersecurity
  • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on pipeline progress
  • Any other duties as assigned
