Job Summary: Trimont is seeking a recent graduate as an IT Analyst for an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience applying artificial intelligence (AI) to real business challenges in a global financial services environment. As an IT Analyst, you’ll rotate across teams, learning how AI supports business processes, workflow, and automation. You’ll build practical skills in Generative and Agentic AI, collaborate with experienced mentors, and contribute to impactful projects. Ideal candidates are analytically minded, tech‑savvy, and eager to explore how AI is transforming the workplace. This two‑year Rotational Analyst Program offers structured development, mentorship, exposure to enterprise AI use cases, and a strong foundation for future career growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or expected graduation Spring 2026 ) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications included Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook and advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Demonstrated capacity to achieve results in a dynamic setting
  • Organizational and administrative skills that reflect attention to detail and the ability to prioritize amidst competing demands
  • Skilled in managing sensitive information while upholding privacy
  • Handling workload and special projects efficiently
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate across multiple teams to gain exposure to Trimont’s business operations and technology platforms.
  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency and improvement.
  • Support the implementation of Generative AI use cases, including research, document summarization, and data extraction.
  • Experiment with and optimize AI prompts and tools to enhance output quality.
  • Assist in documenting current workflows and proposing AI-enabled enhancements.
  • Participate in the testing and validation of Agentic AI solutions for workflow automation.
  • Gather user feedback and help refine AI-assisted processes and solutions.
  • Communicate AI concepts and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with other analysts, mentors, and technology leaders on cross-functional projects.
  • Contribute to presentations, documentation, and end-of-rotation summaries to share insights and outcomes.
