Position Purpose: Assists with the overall resource master schedule and managing the staff capacity planning for project and change initiatives. Assists in identifying resources based on the skill set required and track current resource demand to resolve resource dependencies. Engages with Business Relationship Managers, Product Management, and other key stakeholders to manage incoming resource demand Track and analyze resource demand data to identify trends, provide forecasts to leadership and identify skill gaps (current and future) Measure forecast accuracy and aid in root cause analysis behind forecast variances; aid in lessons learned and corrective actions Collaborates with business stakeholders to (re-) prioritize resource demand pipeline Coordinates and consolidates demands and change management requests across business units Provides input into financial, workforce, and technical capacity planning processes Facilitates development of resource pools with required skills (training) to support long term IT goals Provides support in identifying correct skills and technology capabilities required to support delivery of projects Ensures staffing requirements for the organization are up to date and supports recruitment of talent Monitors staff utilization and provide reports to ensure efficiency and productivity Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards
