About The Position

Lead and coordinate cross-functional technology initiatives across the enterprise. Responsible for the tactical execution of projects in software development, ERP, and digital transformation. Works in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment to communicate with stakeholders, manage risk, and produce excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in software development.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across custom software, ERP, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc.) and external vendors to ensure alignment and success.
• Develop and maintain project plans using Microsoft Project, Planner, and other tools.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources across concurrent projects.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and Waterfall checkpoints as needed.
• Track and report on project progress, milestones, and KPIs to IT leadership.
• Ensure projects meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Support change management and user adoption strategies in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Embrace and promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
