The incumbent of this position will oversee the management and secure executive support for key, high-visibility projects. This entails developing and implementing project strategies, defining project scope, budgeting, scheduling, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining the highest standards of output quality while striving to meet predefined objectives. Furthermore, the role requires effective engagement and teamwork with all members of the ERP project team, in addition to close cooperation with the selected ERP implementation partner and vendor. The incumbent has the authority to manage the project's day-to-day activities and bears the responsibility of elevating decisions to the relevant levels within the project's governance framework for approval. This position guarantees the achievement of superior project results, maintaining strict adherence to the predetermined parameters of scope, timeline, and budget while ensuring the anticipated benefits are fully realized. This includes the management of issues, risks, and project modification requests to guarantee the timely and successful completion of project deliverables.

  • Oversees and directs technology initiatives from inception to completion across the project lifecycle.
  • Exhibits prudent decision-making by weighing values, assessing risks, and contemplating the consequences and outcomes of actions.
  • Forecasts potential risks and removes barriers to ensure the project's successful execution.
  • Designs and develops a timeline, ensuring tasks are suitably assigned to team members according to their skills and roles.
  • Monitors cost and staffing requirements for the project.
  • Regularly delivers key metrics, data analytics, and progress updates to executive management to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
  • Resolves complex, controversial, or unprecedented issues and problems.
  • Ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
  • Monitors project progress to evaluate the achievement of both immediate and extended objectives.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in computer science, information technology, technology management, or related field, and at least 2 years of IT project management experience OR 5 years of IT Project Management experience.
  • Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong people skills.
  • A master's degree from an accredited institution in computer science, information technology, technology management, or related field.
  • ERP Project Management experience.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP); Professional in Project Management (PPM); Certified Project Manager (CPM-IAPM)
