The IT Project Manager will support our strategic initiative of migrating core IT infrastructure and services to Microsoft Azure. This role is essential to ensure the successful planning, alignment with business goals, execution, and timely delivery of the Azure migration project, which is expected to enhance scalability, improve security, reduce operational costs, and align with our long-term digital transformation goals. Additionally, this role would support critical business initiatives and the necessary efforts to commercialize MPS and SupplyLogix product enhancements.

  • Lead the end-to-end Azure migration project, including planning, execution, and post-migration optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration with Azure services such as Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure SQL Database, and Azure DevOps.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budget, ensuring adherence to Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to data security, compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and business continuity.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and executive leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant IT-related project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects, preferably cloud-related.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), migration strategies, and cloud-native services.
  • Understanding of networking, virtualization, security, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Skilled in identifying risks, managing change, and ensuring business continuity.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello) and cloud monitoring platforms.
  • Solid Communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with strict process adherence.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Collaborative mindset and stakeholder empathy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
