The qualified candidate will serve as a primary liaison to key program stakeholders, including business partners across Collections, Operations, and Information Systems. This role is responsible for defining, interpreting, and documenting complex business requirements, processes, and interdependencies. The individual will act as a primary consultant throughout the full project lifecycle, partnering closely with all impacted teams. Additionally, the role will lead and coordinate multi-site IT operational initiatives such as imaging migrations, office closures, data conversions, and cross-functional efforts involving operations, infrastructure, application teams, and external vendors.
